At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original shipping box with all protective padding and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
